Aurora Premium - A Lifestyle Hotel

Great location and very spacious, clean room with super comfy beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and really went the extra mile — we even got a complimentary room upgrade and they proactively replaced the sofa bed with a regular bed without us asking. Really appreciated the thoughtful service! Would definitely stay again.

We have been back to Aurora 3 times when we were touring North Vietnam. We were very happy there. In the mornings we were always greeted by the smiling Miss Van in the restaurant. She is quick to anticipate our needs and communicates well. Later in the day we see her at the reception area together with the lovely and helpful ladies Miss Moonie & Miss Heidi. Most of the staff are lovely. We even get fresh cut fruits in our room everytime we come back. It was very much appreciated. They really made us feel welcome and they attend to our every needs. Thank you everyone.

I love the breakfast/restaurant area where you have the cityscape view of the lake (Ho Hoan Kiem) and Hanoi in the old quarter. We, of course, paid extra than usual for it but it’s worth it. Ms. Moon and Mr. Lan Nguyen were extremely helpful and very hard working staff, the management should take note most importantly. Also there was a lovely lady with mesmerizing lashes in the breakfast area, unfortunately I forgot her name but, she was attentive to the customers and friendly.

Hotel is in the perfect location for the lake, puppet theatre and the red bridge. Restaurants, bars and shops etc all within a few yards. You can pickup a tourist bus just around the corner. The decor of the hotel is beautiful with brightly coloured chairs in the community areas. Fabulous staff who were attentive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely breakfast with good choice of foods available in the buffet plus they offer eggs cooked to your request and a range of coffees. Wi-Fi was amazing!

Aurora Premium Hotel is a fantastic choice—clean, stylish, and incredibly central, making it easy to explore the city. But what truly sets it apart is the team at reception. From Zoe, who went out of her way to find me a specific ginger tea I couldn’t find anywhere, to the manager, whose warm and heartfelt welcome and farewell made the stay feel special. I wish I remembered her name because she was exceptionally kind. The service here goes beyond professionalism—it’s personal, thoughtful, and truly memorable. Highly recommend!
